Birchington Bathroom
The First Of Many

This property had been built 20 years ago, of which 18 of those years were rented to a small family. We were contacted as this property was well overdue some love and attention. Due to the positioning of the bathroom (within the roof space) we advised the client that the layout of the bathroom was already at its best and proceeded just to DRAG the bathroom into the 21st century tiles and modern sanitary ware.

The client was over the moon with the finished product and we left feeling very jealous that it wasn't in our houses!
​
Due to budget, this client is slowly renovating the property and we are currently back doing another bathroom and bedroom renovation - keep an eye on out socials for updates on that and the finished project of this bathroom!
